Microsoft is hiring a Construction Manager to lead data centre construction and integration projects, including local and campus facilities, new construction, infrastructure improvements, and data centre fit-outs. The role manages resources, contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, risk, documentation, commissioning, and handover while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field plus related experience or equivalent experience is required; data centre project experience is preferred. The typical base pay range across Spain is €53,000 to €107,000 per year, and applications are accepted until the position is filled.
