Description
The Project Manager leads construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing project execution, profitability, safety, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, personnel decisions, billing, cash flow, procurement, contracts, change orders, claims, and project schedules. The role includes participation in estimating, bidding, negotiations, and business development, and is offered in two steps: Step I for projects of $20 million or less with 3–5 years of experience, and Step II for $20–$50 million projects with 5–10 years of experience. A four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training and experience is required, along with Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, productivity analysis, and cash flow.
