Description
The Project Manager, Data Operations will lead end-to-end healthcare data and EDI implementations, including 834, 837, 835, and 270/271 transactions. The role coordinates inbound and outbound data feeds, requirements gathering, testing, monitoring, client benefit changes, risk resolution, issue tracking, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across internal teams, clients, payors, TPAs, and vendors. It is a fully remote, hands-on technical project management position requiring 5–9 years of relevant experience, ANSI 5010 EDI knowledge, healthcare data expertise, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
