Description
DESC is hiring a Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team Day Shift Project Manager to oversee day-shift and flex-shift operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, quality assurance, and clinical supervision of behavioral health outreach specialists and supervisors. The role coordinates with law enforcement, emergency services, healthcare facilities, community partners, and referral sources; provides crisis intervention, assessments, stabilization, and client advocacy; and supports recovery-based services. The position requires a mental health professional credential, a relevant master's degree, behavioral health and supervisory experience, a Washington State driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours and travel throughout King County. Benefits include medical, dental, life, long-term disability, paid time off, retirement, and other employee benefits; the salary is $108,426.72 to $122,674.80 annually.
