Eagle Hills is seeking a Project Manager for the Belgrade Waterfront mixed-use real estate development in Serbia. The role oversees construction projects from conception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor and vendor coordination, tender technical evaluation, permitting, risk management, quality and safety compliance, and project reporting. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 10 years of experience developing construction projects, including at least 6 years in management, and strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, software, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
