Description
The Product Project Manager will lead cross-functional R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams through new product development and customized customer projects. Responsibilities include defining milestones, managing project intake and stage-gate quality reviews, preparing business cases, controlling schedules and budgets, coordinating prototyping and validation, supporting ramp-up and start of production, and aligning global resources. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or industrial field, at least three years of project management experience, cross-functional leadership, and strong English communication skills; German is preferred.
