Description
The Project Manager, Client Operations will manage digital video and audio projects from client orders through delivery to storefronts such as iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. The role oversees timelines, client communication, billing accuracy, order entry, workflow improvements, capacity planning, corrective actions, and operational initiatives while supporting customer experience and company processes. It is a full-time, on-site position in Burbank with a day-shift 9 a.m. start and a $70,000-$85,000 compensation range.
