Description
The role leads all aspects of a civils project, managing the project team and supply chain to deliver on cost, time, quality, health and safety, and commercial performance. Responsibilities include reporting progress, risks, mitigations, costs and revenue to senior management, engaging with the client, maintaining delivery records, and reviewing operational excellence. The position requires a degree in engineering or equivalent, prior project-management experience on large civils projects, strong planning and coordination skills, knowledge of construction contracts, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management, cost control, and construction best practices, plus a valid CSCS or CSR card.
