Description
The Project Manager will independently execute partial sections or deliver a large building-construction project, leading technical site supervisors and coordinating engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include personnel deployment, change-order preparation and negotiation with clients and subcontractors, and reporting to a senior project manager. The role requires a completed civil-engineering degree, strong MS Office skills, negotiation and leadership experience, and preferably experience managing projects exceeding EUR 15 million.
