AlfaTech is hiring a full-time Project Manager, Design Team to provide senior technical leadership for large-scale building design and construction projects. The role coordinates multidisciplinary design teams, manages budgets, schedules, contracts, quality control, client relationships, permitting, and construction activities, and oversees staff. It requires substantial experience in architectural or consulting engineering firms, team management across building disciplines, and proficiency with engineering software; a PE or AIA license and PMP certification are preferred. The position is hybrid, with workdays at the San Francisco or San Jose offices, and offers a salary of $130,000 to $165,000 for candidates working in San Francisco.
