Hunter Douglas Europe is seeking a Project Manager – Design to Value to lead cost-reduction and value-improvement projects across cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers. The role focuses on identifying savings opportunities in product design, materials, processes, and specifications, driving initiatives from analysis through implementation and launch, and reporting progress and risks to stakeholders in an international environment. Candidates should have an engineering or related technical degree, 3–5 years of relevant project management or product/cost-improvement experience, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
