The role serves as the central liaison among customers, sales, and internal manufacturing teams, overseeing order review, job files, materials and proofs, pre-press and post-press instructions, production schedules, change notices, shipping, mailing, and invoicing documentation. Candidates need at least five years of experience in the printing industry, knowledge of pre-press and printing processes, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
