Description

PADF is hiring a part-time Project Manager for its Justice Program Against Organized Crime and Corruption in the Dominican Republic, initially for three months with possible extension. The role reports to the Project Director, coordinates with PADF’s Washington technical team, and leads project implementation, budget and financial monitoring, KPI dashboards, reporting, consultant and procurement management, communications strategy, and interinstitutional coordination. Candidates need a professional degree in a relevant field, at least five years of project management and administration experience, grant and donor experience, strong Spanish writing skills, and English proficiency; a master’s degree and justice-sector experience are preferred.
