DFM Development Services, LLC is hiring a full-time, exempt Project Manager, Dry Utility Coordination in Reston, Virginia. The role coordinates dry utilities from source to building, develops plans with clients and architectural/engineering and civil teams, prepares CAD drawings, submits utility applications, manages contractor and utility-provider installation work, and provides client-facing coordination. Candidates need at least two years of technical dry utility design experience or experience with dry utility companies, basic construction knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational skills.
