Description

Damen Technical Cooperation is seeking a Project Manager for its Project Management Department in Gorinchem to oversee the execution of vessel-related contracts for non-Damen yards. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing engineering, supply chain, and sometimes production activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality, contractual, and stakeholder requirements. The position is full-time, based at the head office, and requires strong project management experience in a maritime environment along with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Technology, or Electrical and Automation
Required Previous Experiences: Experience in project management in a multidisciplinary team
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a maritime environment
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a maritime environment
