Description
The Project Manager – E&I oversees electrical and instrumentation projects from initiation through closeout, developing plans, schedules, and budgets; leading project teams; coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and vendors; monitoring progress and risks; ensuring quality; resolving issues; and closing projects. The role is based at 2730 Mine and Mill Road, Lakeland, Florida, with overnight travel exceeding 60% and a combination of corporate office and heavy industrial site work. It requires at least five years of project management experience and five or more years of heavy industrial electrical work; PMP certification and an Electrical Engineering degree are preferred. The position requires strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project management software skills, along with the ability to work in harsh industrial environments and safely handle physical demands.
