Spin Master is hiring a Product Development Engineer for its Asia Operations Team in Vietnam. The role covers full product development from concept through production, engineering support at vendors, project management, design and cost reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, production and capacity support, and material authorization. Candidates need strong English communication, problem-solving, project-management, and independent decision-making skills, along with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, garment, fashion, or a related discipline and at least 6–8 years of toy or consumer-electronics experience, including at least 5 years of independent project work.
