Harris & Associates is hiring a College Construction Project Manager to lead construction teams and manage 5 to 10 simultaneous college construction projects valued from $5 million to $100 million. The role oversees project schedules, budgets, quality, risk, change orders, design reviews, DSA closeout, contractor coordination, and stakeholder reporting, while managing PMO policies and construction project delivery. Candidates need at least seven years of multiple-construction-project management experience, two years of educational facility construction experience, relevant education, BIM and project-management-system experience, and OSHA-10 certification. The position offers a $125,000–$140,000 annual salary and flexible hybrid or remote work plans.
