Arcadis is hiring an experienced Building Services Project Manager for its Sustainable Building Services & Physics consulting group. The role manages complex, multidisciplinary building services projects, providing strategic advice on electrical, lighting, fire protection, detection, communication, power generation, distribution, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. The project manager leads project teams, coordinates with mechanical engineering, monitors project plans, identifies deviations, and initiates corrective actions. The position is based in one of the Rotterdam, ’s-Hertogenbosch, Zwolle, or Maastricht offices, with hybrid working supported by a home-working allowance and home workspace.
