HERMES Systeme is hiring a Project Manager Electrical Engineering / Automation Technology for its Building Automation Department in Wildeshausen near Bremen. The role manages electrical and automation projects across new-build and retrofit work, owns project execution and technical and commercial processes, controls budgets and resources, coordinates procurement and production, supports sales proposals, serves as a customer and supplier contact, and manages fitters, field technicians, subcontractors, and employees. Candidates need electrical engineering training or a relevant degree, project experience in MSR, instrumentation and control, building, or electrical engineering, and strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and budgeting skills.
