SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH is hiring a full-time Project Manager for electrical engineering and building services engineering (TGA) projects in Hamburg-Nord. The role independently manages conversion, fit-out, and renovation projects from planning through implementation, coordinates internal departments, suppliers, and external service providers, and is responsible for quality, schedules, costs, compliance with DIN VDE, and project documentation. Candidates need technical training or a relevant technical degree, construction or project management experience, knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and claims management, strong communication skills, and German language skills at least at C1 level.
