NEO Temp is seeking a Project Manager, Electrical Engineering / Technical Building Management for direct permanent employment with an established client company in Arnstadt. The role combines project planning and coordination with approximately 35% practical support for electrical installations and maintenance. Responsibilities include managing electrical projects, preparing quotations, coordinating personnel and workflows, monitoring budgets and deadlines, supporting the electrical engineering division, and managing customer relationships. Candidates need electrical engineering training, several years of practical experience, German C1 skills, and MS Office proficiency; EPLAN experience and a Class B driver's license are advantageous. The position offers up to €65,000 gross annual salary and regular day-shift work.
