Description
The role leads end-to-end project management for client and Tier-1 OEM customers through project initiation, FATP ramp-up, and mass production. It serves as the primary customer interface, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages schedules and risks, supports contract negotiations and business development, and drives NPI readiness, factory ramp-up, material readiness, demand planning, and production continuity. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of project or program management experience in electronics manufacturing, knowledge of FATP and high-volume production, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
