Damen is hiring a Project Manager, Engineering in Antalya. The role leads yacht engineering projects from planning through execution and reporting, managing scope, budgets, schedules, teams, stakeholders, technical approvals, quality, and regulatory compliance. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, at least seven years of relevant experience, strong yacht-building and engineering-process knowledge, leadership and planning skills, fluent English, and willingness to be based in or relocate to Antalya and travel abroad.
