HDR is hiring a Project Manager Engineering for its Water Business Group in the Hawaii, Guam, and Indo-Pacific region. The role leads multidisciplinary civil engineering project teams, manages project scope, schedules, staffing, finances, quality control, and client relationships, and supervises and develops staff. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 7 years of related experience including 2 years of project management, a recognized professional engineering license, MS Office and MS Project experience, and demonstrated leadership skills. A master's degree, PMP certification, and interest in digital delivery and AI-supported infrastructure workflows are preferred.
