Description

Evolv is hiring a Project Manager, Enterprise Programs to lead hands-on delivery of enterprise systems initiatives across Salesforce Revenue Cloud, NetSuite, and their integration layer. The role owns the full lifecycle from requirements through go-live, stabilization, and hypercare; manages implementation partners, budgets, risks, cutover plans, testing, and executive reporting; and coordinates Finance, IT, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Service & Deployment. It is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, requires a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite, and offers a base salary of $102,000-$166,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least three years of experience delivering ERP, CRM, or quote-to-cash implementations
Experience owning a full delivery lifecycle through go-live and stabilization
Hands-on delivery experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite, including integration between systems of record
Working fluency in business finance, including order-to-cash, billing, cost allocation, and budget tracking
Experience managing external system integrators and vendor statements of work, including change orders and delivery escalation
Experience running structured cutover and hypercare, including go/no-go decision-making under time pressure
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ delivery experience, or NetSuite implementation experience
Background in a public-company finance or accounting environment, including awareness of SOX-relevant process and controls
Experience in a high-growth environment where process was being built while it was being used
Hardware, manufacturing, or asset-intensive business exposure
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certification, or a formal Agile delivery background
