ServiceMaster DSI is hiring an Estimator/Project Manager in Kingwood, Texas to oversee residential and commercial disaster-restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. The role combines estimating, client and insurance coordination, project quality control, contractor and construction supervision, financial reporting, closeout, and relationship development. Candidates should have restoration and construction experience, Xactimate experience, disaster-mitigation estimating experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. The position offers $75,000–$85,000 annually plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and vehicle stipend benefits.
