HealthPartners is hiring a full-time Evaluation and Survey Project Manager to lead complex evaluation and survey projects, coordinate recruitment and data collection, manage budgets and timelines, supervise study staff, implement protocols, analyze qualitative and quantitative results, and prepare reports and proposals. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health or a related field, at least three years of complex project management experience, two years of indirect staff supervision, research and evaluation experience, and familiarity with survey and data-collection tools.
