Description
HealthPartners is hiring a full-time Evaluation and Survey Project Manager to lead complex evaluation and survey projects, including project planning, budget and timeline management, recruitment and data collection, protocol implementation, staff supervision, qualitative and quantitative analysis, reporting, and client and funder coordination. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health or a related field, at least three years of complex project management experience, two years of indirect staff supervision, research and evaluation experience, and familiarity with survey and data-collection tools.
