Description
The Facilities Manager leads and coordinates integrated facility management activities, including facilities operations, vendor and service-partner management, housekeeping, transportation, cafeteria services, HVAC systems, facility projects, budgets, and AOP, CAPEX, and OPEX planning. The role manages project schedules, scope, risks, resources, budgets, stakeholder communications, and team development while using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis. A college, university, or equivalent degree is required, with an engineering background preferred, and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience is required.
