Sutter Health is hiring a Construction Manager to represent the organization on design and construction projects, including new development, expansion, renovation, and retrofitting. The role coordinates and monitors project controls, administers consultant and construction agreements, oversees quality control and schedules, manages small-to-medium project teams and vendors, and delivers projects with moderate to difficult complexity. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, five years of recent relevant experience, knowledge of Lean Construction and project management tools, and familiarity with healthcare construction regulations and approval processes. It is a full-time, regular, exempt, day-shift role with a stated annual salary of $129,188.80 to $193,793.60.
