Description
Sutter Health is hiring a Design and Construction Project Manager to represent the organization on healthcare design and construction projects, including new development, expansion, renovation, and retrofitting. The role coordinates and monitors project activities, administers consultant and construction agreements, supports quality control and scheduling, manages small-to-medium project teams and vendors, and delivers projects with moderate to difficult complexity. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, five years of recent relevant experience, knowledge of Lean Construction and project controls, and strong project-management and communication skills. It is a full-time, regular, exempt position with a day/evening schedule and an annual salary of $148,574.40 to $222,872.00.
