Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is hiring a Project Manager to lead the full life cycle of a facilities maintenance and Base Operations Support contract at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, California. The role oversees contract execution, compliance, staffing, customer and union relationships, modifications and negotiations, daily operations, and financial performance including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue tracking. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience managing multifunctional facilities maintenance operations for federal or military installations, knowledge of Department of Defense and federal contracting requirements, strong leadership and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain required site access or security clearance.
