Description
Mayo Clinic is hiring a Facilities Project Manager to oversee engineering, architectural, procurement, construction, and real-property stewardship activities for multiple facilities projects. The role manages project budgets, schedules, quality, cost, and risk; coordinates with internal departments, consultants, contractors, building officials, and senior leadership; and supervises staff and resources. It requires a bachelor's degree in project or construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, at least three years of post-academic experience managing design and construction phases, estimating and contract-administration experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work, and offers a salary of $90,604.80 to $136,011.20 per year.
