Description
Impec Group is hiring a Project Manager – Facility Services to coordinate facility and construction-related projects from planning through completion. The role partners with program managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; manages schedules, budgets, procurement, documentation, quality, safety, and project delivery; supports sales, proposals, estimates, and business development; and maintains client relationships. Required qualifications include experience in project management, construction, facility services, or a related field, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, Smartsheet, relevant engineering or construction management education, and PMP, FMP, CMMP, or EIT certifications. The pay range is $80,000–$130,000, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
