The role combines project support, structural engineering, building-envelope work, on-site inspections, field testing, measurements, calculations, change-order and payment-application reviews, client and contractor communication, and project documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a relevant field, at least five years of experience in architectural and engineering consulting or construction, a valid United States driver’s license, and the ability to travel and work outdoors in varied conditions. A Professional Engineering license is preferred but not required, and the estimated salary is $75,000 to $105,000.
