Description
The role coordinates, supervises, and manages the pedagogical and operational strategies for fieldwork, awareness-raising, outreach, and training components of department-managed projects. Responsibilities include planning activities, coordinating technical-pedagogical teams and suppliers, establishing KPIs, preparing reports and presentations, managing regulatory and technical guidelines, monitoring settlements, and overseeing information management. The position requires a relevant degree, at least two years of project-management, tracking, and monitoring experience, and at least two years managing or coordinating fieldwork, training, awareness-raising, or outreach with government entities; experience with public investment projects, ICT in rural areas, and competency-based approaches is preferred.
