Description
The Project Manager will bridge FinTech Product and Business teams, lead cross-functional fintech projects, unblock product delivery, create reusable playbooks, coordinate country-level monetization schemes, and support new-market launches. The role is an individual contributor working with Legal, Tax, local business, Product, Analytics/Strategy, and other teams, and requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management, English and Russian fluency, and ideally payment and monetization-model knowledge.
