Hooper Deforest is seeking a Fire Protection Project Manager to lead and execute fire protection projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating project execution, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, equipment utilization, and safety standards. This role involves extensive interaction with clients, architects, engineers, and field crews, managing budgets, negotiating fees, resolving design-related issues, and completing job closeouts. The manager will also handle administrative aspects of contracts, maintain good union relations, and participate in various company initiatives.
