Description
PolarixPartner is hiring a Project Manager for its Budapest office to manage complex, cross-functional consulting projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role owns profit and loss responsibility for consulting engagements, leads project teams, delivers client presentations, applies project management frameworks, and assesses and optimizes product and process costs across the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include interpreting development plans, identifying cost improvements, leading engineering and design teams, supporting procurement negotiations, and applying VAVE, GAP analysis, and benchmarking. The position requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years of consulting or industry experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and willingness to travel and work on-site with international clients.
