The role manages demanding geotechnical and major projects, guides employees, monitors costs and schedules, supports proposals and customers, coordinates subcontractors, prepares expert reports and calculations, provides site support and supervision, and leads project teams. Candidates need a civil engineering or engineering geology degree, at least 10 years of relevant geotechnical experience, German C1 language skills, a Class B driver’s license, and knowledge of German contract law.
