Elevion Engineering Germany GmbH is hiring a full-time Project Manager for Transformation Planning in Gütersloh to independently manage complex energy-supply transformation projects from concept through implementation. The role covers project planning, feasibility studies, economic and technical concept development, BAFA funding, customer and stakeholder communication, interdisciplinary coordination, and schedule, quality, and budget control. Candidates should have technical expertise, experience leading complex projects, knowledge of renewable energy systems, and familiarity with relevant simulation or grid-calculation tools; a degree in supply or energy engineering or a comparable technical apprenticeship is preferred.
