Novafos is hiring a Project Manager for Wastewater Treatment Plants to lead technical renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects across its 18 wastewater treatment plants. The role covers project planning, design, implementation, handover, budgets, quality, schedules, tenders, contracting, procurement, technical supervision, documentation, and coordination with operations, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. The position is based primarily at Novafos’ Blokken 9 site in Birkerød, with visits to the treatment plants, and offers flexible working hours and the option to work from home when tasks allow.
