Description
The company is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, aerospace, and specialty construction projects throughout Southern California from preconstruction through final closeout. The role manages project schedules, budgets, estimates, contracts, change orders, billing, field coordination, safety, quality, and stakeholder relationships, while serving as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor, strong construction and estimating knowledge, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel. The position offers a base salary of $130,000-$140,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
