Stromernte is hiring a Project Manager, Grid Connection / Grid Connection Manager to manage grid connection procedures for solar and wind farms and battery energy storage systems. The role oversees feasibility assessments, applications and inquiries, coordination with German distribution and transmission system operators, technical and regulatory reviews, feed-in concept negotiations, commissioning arrangements, plant certificates, EZA compliance declarations, and advice on grid capacity and technical connection requirements. The position is fully remote and digital, with work based in Baden-Württemberg, and requires an electrical or industrial engineering degree or comparable technical qualification, substantial grid-connection experience, knowledge of German grid rules and the EEG, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and virtual collaboration tools.
