VML Health is hiring a Project Manager to support ground-level execution of large-scale marketing projects for healthcare clients. The role coordinates clients and internal stakeholders, clarifies requirements, manages resourcing and project documentation, tracks milestones, escalates risks, and maintains project momentum. Candidates need at least two years of agency or client-side experience managing large-scale marketing projects, preferably in a healthcare agency, along with strong communication, organization, project-management methodology, and multi-project management skills. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with teams in the office four days per week and a base salary of $45,000–$100,000 USD, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
