Fonemed is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex client implementation and transformation initiatives across healthcare, virtual care, telehealth, contact centre, and digital health environments. The role manages multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation and transition to operations, coordinating clients, clinical and operational stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, operational readiness, change management, reporting, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of progressive project management experience, and the ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States.
