The role leads and controls projects, plans and organizes work, coordinates designers, clients and suppliers, identifies variations and additional claims, monitors project performance, leads project teams, and provides customer support. Candidates need a master craftsman, technician, technical degree or comparable qualification, several years of relevant experience, MS Office knowledge, knowledge of VOB and trade-specific specialist knowledge, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
