Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction to lead dams, tunnels, underground, and geotechnical projects across the Midwest. The role owns project schedules, budgets, cost accounting, forecasting, change orders, risk, owner relationships, field engineering, surveying, quality control, subcontractors, procurement, and resource allocation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, at least five years of heavy civil construction project management experience on U.S.-based projects, and CPM scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management experience. The position offers $105,000–$160,000 per year, 25–50% project-related travel, and medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, and paid time-off benefits.
