GHD is hiring a Project Manager – Highways/Roads to lead multidisciplinary teams on highway, roadway, bridge, and active-transportation projects from concept through construction. The role covers project delivery, client and stakeholder engagement, team leadership, budget and schedule controls, technical oversight, risk and change management, and business development. It is based in one of GHD’s California offices or Phoenix, Arizona, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office, and requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 8 years of transportation project management experience, and California or Arizona civil engineer registration.
